What Is SuperCare?

SuperCare is a service provider that helps patients prepare and lodge applications to access superannuation under the ATO’s Compassionate Release program. They are not a superannuation fund — they assist with documentation, compliance and case management so you can focus on your treatment.
SuperCare is not a super fund.
They are a service provider that supports patients in preparing and lodging their ATO CRS application. This can be used to fund dental treatment for:
  • Yourself
  • Your partner or spouse
  • Your dependent child

How the SuperCare Process Works

  • Application Assistance
    A SuperCare consultant will contact you and help prepare your Compassionate Release of Superannuation application.

  • Case Management
    SuperCare manages the application process and liaises with the ATO on your behalf.

  • Begin Treatment
    If approved, funds are released and can be used to cover your approved dental treatment.

Who Is Eligible?
